Durability joined with lightweight design
Our design is based on an innovative floor plate made from durable, closed-profile aluminum extrusions. This has allowed us to achieve exceptional strength of the fully aluminum chassis, which serves as a solid foundation for the trailer's construction. The floor plate has been precisely prepared and equipped with a system of holes for four-point securing of transported vehicles, ensuring stability and protection against damage to the car's suspension. Despite the network of mounting points, the cargo area is completely sealed off from external environment, providing maximum security for your load.
To reduce the trailer's weight, we chose a body structure made from composite materials. The side walls, made of fiberglass with a honeycomb core, are integrated with laminates produced in molds using vacuum infusion—a method used in motorsports and aerospace. Each component contains continuous fibers of glass or carbon, ensuring exceptional strength. The fiber forming process allowed us to create innovative body shapes, previously unseen in the industry. Here, form meets function, enabling a reduction in air resistance, which in turn decreases fuel consumption for the towing vehicle.

Functionality in every detail
At the core of CERES' design principles lies a strong emphasis on functionality and user experience. That's why all trailer functions, such as winch operation, electro-hydraulic tipping or lighting, are centrally controlled via a dedicated control module and a remote control with a range of up to 40 meters. This makes operating the trailer not an obstacle, but a way to complete your tasks as time efficiently as possible.
Advanced control system also presented new challenges for the electrical harness, which we overcame by implementing a modern, modular design. Our in-house manufactured harness features no soldered connections. Instead, all joints are made with dedicated, hermetically sealed automotive-grade connectors. Even in the event of damage during rough use, you can easily replace the affected section with a new one, straight from our warehouse and get back to work without delay.

While designing CERES, we focused on the insights of transport industry professionals who face constant pressure for speed and efficiency. With these challenges in mind, we enhanced the ergonomics and convenience of our trailer, integrating full-size, four-panel folding doors that make access to the cargo area easier than ever. Whether in tight warehouses or crowded city streets, the minimal space required to open the expansive side door frame is a game-changer.
Another standout feature is the large skylight, centrally placed on the roof. Made from solid polycarbonate, it provides a robust structure that naturally illuminates the trailer’s interior during the day, eliminating the need for additional LED lighting.
These innovations ensure that handling CERES is quick and effortless, making it the perfect choice for those who value efficiency and reliability in their operations.
