Wide range of configurations
When creating CERES, we aimed to design a product that could be tailored to each use case. Whether you're a transport company, a racing team, an auto detailing specialist, or a car enthusiast, you can customize and equip your trailer to suit your unique needs.
PAINTING
The ability to configure the color was a significant challenge for us due to the variety of parts and their manufacturing technology, but we have found a solution to this problem as well. The aluminum and composite components are painted in professional paint shops using powder coatings and polyurethane paints, while the walls are covered with high-quality vinyl film.
In the standard version, the CERES shell is finished in white both inside and out, with the chassis completed in black. As an additional option, we offer any color configuration from the RAL palette.
ACCES TO CARGO SPACE
One of the primary challenges that owners of enclosed trailers often face is the restricted or limited access to the full cargo area. Given the importance of securing valuable goods during transport, ensuring easy access and the ability to effectively secure tie-down straps is crucial.
When designing CERES, we meticulously considered the insights and experiences of professionals in the vehicle transportation industry—individuals who are all too familiar with the common issues encountered on the job. Our trailer's design prioritizes maximizing usable space and providing the largest possible openings for doors and hatches, ensuring easy and efficient access to the interior.

The CERES door frame offers three customizable configurations:
- Lift-Up Ramp with Gas Springs: This option provides a large ramp that lifts upwards, which can also function as a canopy, offering protection from the elements, such as rain, during loading or unloading.
- Dual-Swing Doors: A traditional option featuring two-panel doors that open outward, offering a straightforward and familiar entry method.
- Four-Panel Folding Doors: Designed for the most demanding environments, these doors can be effortlessly opened in even the tightest of parking spaces, thanks to a simple mechanism operated by two handles.
Each of these configurations is supported by our innovative handle and lock system, which is operable with a single key—ensuring convenience and security across all access points. This unified key system extends to the drawers and front storage box, streamlining the process of accessing and securing your cargo.
In every aspect, CERES is designed to provide superior functionality, security, and ease of use, meeting the needs of even the most discerning professionals in the transportation industry.
EXTRA STORAGE
The cargo space of our trailer can be easily expanded, thanks to a well-thought-out design, to include additional storage for straps, ramps, tool sets in the form of drawers, or a toolbox.
The drawers, each with a capacity of 100 liters, can be installed on one or both sides of CERES, located just behind the axles. They are seamlessly integrated into the design and hardly noticeable. Made entirely of aluminum and coated with a special scratch-resistant finish.
The internal toolbox provides another 100 liters of storage capacity, positioned at the front of the deck just above the drawbar. The lid, made from aluminum panels and supported by gas struts, visually complements the entire floor panel.
An additional advantage of these optional storage spaces is the integrated one-key system, which allows you to unlock all the locks securing access to them.
For customers who need more space to store wheels during travel, such as trips to the racetrack, we offer a dedicated wheel rack placed above the front toolbox. Mounted directly to the deck and made from aluminum, the rack can be painted in any RAL color and allows for the transportation of up to 8 tires at once.
LIGHTING
CERES, equipped with a large skylight made from polyurethane panel, easily illuminates the interior of the trailer. To address any lighting challenges, we can install 3-meter-long strips in the roof area that can accommodate LED or RGB LED lights, providing additional illumination for the cargo space during cloudy weather or at night. An additional benefit of the interior lighting is the enhanced ability to showcase the valuable cargo on board our trailer.
DECK PROTECTION
In the standard version, the floor of CERES is constructed with aluminum floor panels featuring a special anti-slip surface texture. For those with higher demands, we offer the option to cover the entire deck with a special polyurethane lining that provides increased scratch resistance and enhances the anti-slip properties of the surface.
COUPLING
CERES is standardly equipped with an AL-KO coupling device, ensuring top-notch quality and safety. The wear indicator provides information about the condition of the trailer hitch and the vehicle's towbar. The safety indicator ensures that you know exactly when the hitch is correctly attached to the ball of your towing vehicle.
As an optional feature, it is possible to install a hitch with a stabilizer with four friction pads. This ensures stable driving and excellent handling. The modern design and improved ergonomics eliminate side sway and pitching. This provides a safe and relaxing drive with a trailer weighing up to 3500 kg.
AMORTIZATION
Every driver's nightmare is the increasing vibrations of a trailer on uneven roads. That's why, in addition to standard axle suspension, we offer AL-KO Octagon shock absorbers, which instantly reduce dangerous trailer "bouncing" during the journey. This means a smoother ride, more reliable braking, optimal road contact, and complete safety for your cargo.
WHEELS
In its standard version, CERES leaves the assembly hall on 10-inch steel wheels designed for trailers with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tons.
Optionally, the trailer can be equipped with much lighter aluminum alloy wheels with a diamond-cut finish, fitted with super high quality wheel safety bolts.
VISION SYSTEM
Safety during maneuvering and while traveling with valuable cargo is a critical aspect that we prioritized when designing CERES. As an additional feature, we offer wireless camera systems with displays for monitoring both the external surroundings and the interior of the trailer.
The available options include:
- A reversing camera along with an interior trailer camera;
- A 360-degree camera system ("bird view") providing a full view around the trailer.
DECK TILTING
In its standard version, CERES is equipped with a manual hydraulic pump with a reservoir mounted on the trailer's drawbar. This solution allows you to easily raise and lower the deck before and after loading.
As an additional feature, we offer an electro-hydraulic pump that can be controlled both centrally and remotely via a dedicated trailer control remote. The motor and oil reservoir are located under an inspection hatch inside the trailer, making it easy to access for oil level checks if needed.
WINCH
As an addition to our trailer, we offer the professional Kangaroo winch with a pulling capacity of 9500 lbs / 4309 kg, featuring a synthetic rope and both central and remote control. The winch is located in the front section below the deck. By hiding the winch beneath the floorboard, we ensure that the cargo space is not reduced by even 1 cm!
BATTERY
As the standard power source in our trailer, we use an AGM VRLA battery. Its construction is based on separators made from fiberglass, which contain the electrolyte. This battery is highly resistant to deep discharges and effectively absorbs gases.
An alternative to the conventional battery is the LiFePO4 125Ah battery, which weighs about 20 kg less than its lead-acid counterpart. It offers 100% usable capacity and is designed for cyclical use with a longer lifespan—over 5500 cycles while maintaining 80% of its nominal capacity, ensuring more than 10 years of operation. Additionally, thanks to its low self-discharge rate, the battery will be fully ready for use even after a year of inactivity.
The set includes a dedicated charger for the LiFePO4 battery.
