Set up Your 

When developing the CERES platform, our primary objective was to create a solution that can be precisely configured to meet the specific requirements of each user. Whether you represent a transport company, a racing team, operate in the automotive detailing industry, or are simply a car enthusiast — the trailer can be tailored to match your individual needs.


Where should you start?


With selecting the right running gear and defining the optimal deck dimensions.​

CERES offers two base axle system configurations, which are further enhanced with an extensive selection of standard features and optional accessories.

If your primary use involves long-distance transportation, particularly on highways, this is the recommended configuration.


The three-axle setup is equipped with R10C 195/55 wheels as standard. Each of the six wheels offers a load capacity of up to 750 kg, ensuring optimal load distribution and effective shock absorption during transport.


For enhanced stability and comfort on extended highway journeys, we recommend considering additional equipment such as the AL-KO AKS stabilizer and supplementary shock absorbers.

For environments requiring greater maneuverability — such as urban areas, access to racetracks, or local deliveries — the two-axle configuration provides a more agile solution.


For this setup, we equip the trailer with R13C 195/50 wheels, ensuring reliable performance and ease of handling in tighter spaces.

CERES comes standard with a high-quality AL-KO coupling system, designed to guarantee maximum safety and reliability.


An integrated wear indicator monitors the condition of both the trailer coupling and the towing vehicle’s towball, while the safety indicator provides clear confirmation when the hitch is properly secured to the towball, offering full control and confidence during connection.


As an optional upgrade, CERES can be equipped with a coupling hitch featuring an integrated stabilizer with four friction pads. This system significantly enhances driving stability and handling precision. Its modern design and improved ergonomics effectively reduce lateral sway and pitching, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable towing experience — even with trailer loads of up to 3,500 kg.

Excessive trailer vibrations on uneven surfaces are every driver’s concern. To counteract this, in addition to the standard axle suspension, we offer optional AL-KO Octagon shock absorbers. These effectively minimize hazardous trailer bounce during transit, ensuring a smoother ride, improved braking performance, consistent road contact, and maximum safety for both your vehicle and cargo.

 For loading lenght,  CERES is available in two base versions, allowing for further customization based on the type and size of the transported vehicle.

This configuration is ideally suited for the transportation of smaller vehicles, racecars, and classic cars, providing optimal dimensions and features tailored to the unique requirements of these specialized automobiles. Its design ensures secure handling, efficient loading, and maximum protection throughout transit, making it the perfect choice for enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Our trailer is engineered to maximize usable space while offering the largest possible door and hatch openings, ensuring efficient and unhindered access to your payload.​

In the standard configuration, both sidewalls of the CERES trailer feature door frames with openings measuring 3,300 mm by 1,800 mm. Each side’s door closure method can be selected independently, allowing for tailored access solutions to suit specific operational requirements.

Included as standard equipment on both the left and right sides, this feature offers a large upward-opening ramp that also serves as a protective canopy. It shields users from adverse weather conditions, such as rain, during loading and unloading operations, enhancing both convenience and safety.

Engineered for use in the most demanding environments, these doors can be easily operated with a single handle mechanism, allowing effortless opening even in tight spaces. The maximum clearance required beside the trailer to fully open the folding doors is only 850 mm, making them ideal for tight parking situations.

Each door, hatch, and ramp is equipped with our innovative handle and rotary lock system, operable using a single key. This automotive-grade solution delivers car-like convenience and robust security across all access points. The unified key system also integrates with the drawers and front storage compartment, eliminating the hassle of managing multiple keys and streamlining access to all trailer components.

The front sidewalls of CERES can be fitted with either an access hatch or full-sized inspection doors to allow operator entry. In the standard configuration, the trailer is equipped with an access hatch on the left-hand side, . From the left-hand side hatch or doors, the operator can control trailer functions via the onboard control panel located on the B-pillar for added convenience, with all functions duplicated from a remote control.

The hatch features opening dimensions of 600 mm in height and 750 mm in width, providing convenient access for securing the vehicle from the front interior of the trailer. This design facilitates efficient and safe vehicle strapping during loading operations.

Revision doors offer full access to the trailer interior, facilitating easy operator entry and maintenance. The parallel opening mechanism maximizes convenience in tight spaces, while integrated gas springs provide smooth, effortless door operation without requiring additional force.

The rear ramp is constructed entirely from aluminum, offering a robust and secure loading solution for vehicles. It is fabricated using closed-section extrusions, delivering best-in-class stiffness and durability.


For vehicles with exceptionally low ground clearance, optional additional ramps can be installed to facilitate safe and easy access.

Designed to provide a low loading angle, these ramps facilitate easier vehicle entry onto the trailer. Measuring 1200 mm in length, they can be conveniently stored on the rear ramp when not in use.

These ramps unfold directly from the rear ramp once it is opened. Equipped with sliding coasters, they enable an ultra-low loading angle for effortless vehicle entry. The foldable ramps measure 2,000 mm in length, providing extended support during loading and unloading operations.



Extra storage

The cargo area of the trailer can be efficiently expanded to accommodate additional storage solutions, thanks to its thoughtfully engineered design. Options include integrated drawers, dedicated compartments for straps and ramps, and toolboxes, providing organized and secure space for essential equipment.

The internal toolbox offers a storage capacity of 100 liters and is strategically positioned at the front of the deck, directly above the drawbar. Its lid, constructed from aluminum panels and supported by gas struts, seamlessly integrates with the overall design of the floor, ensuring both functional utility and visual consistency.

​For customers requiring additional storage for wheels during transport—particularly for trips to racetracks—we offer a dedicated wheel rack positioned above the front toolbox. Constructed from aluminum and securely mounted to the deck, the rack can be finished in any RAL color to match individual preferences. It provides capacity for transporting up to eight tires simultaneously, combining functionality with a customized aesthetic.

Each drawer offers a capacity of 100 liters and can be installed on either one or both sides of the CERES trailer, positioned just behind the axle system. Seamlessly integrated into the overall structure, the drawers remain discreet and unobtrusive. Constructed entirely from aluminum and finished with a durable, scratch-resistant coating, they provide both robust functionality and refined appearance.



Convenient operations

Every element of the trailer is designed with functionality in mind. There are no unnecessary or loose movements—only precise, efficient operation to ensure tasks are completed as quickly and effectively as possible.

In its standard configuration, CERES is equipped with a manual hydraulic pump, featuring an integrated reservoir mounted on the trailer’s drawbar. This system enables smooth and effortless raising and lowering of the deck before and after loading.


For enhanced convenience, a fully electric tilting system is available as an optional feature. Powered by electric actuators, it allows the deck to be operated both from the central control panel and remotely via a dedicated wireless controller.

In the standard configuration, CERES features an aluminum floor constructed from panels with a specialized anti-slip surface texture to ensure safe footing. For clients working in harsh environments, we offer an optional full-deck polyurethane coating that significantly enhances scratch resistance while further improving the floor’s anti-slip performance.

​​Bezpieczeństwo podczas manewrowania, a także podczas samej podróży z cennym ładunkiem jest bardzo ważnym punktem, na który również zwróciliśmy uwagę projektując CERES. Jako dodatkowe wyposażenie proponujemy zestawy kamer bezprzewodowych wraz z wyświetlaczem do monitorowania zarówno otoczenia zewnętrznego jak i wnętrza przyczepy.


​Dostępne w ofercie opcje to:

  • kamera cofania wraz z kamerą z wnętrza przyczepy;
  • zestaw kamer 360 stopni - "bird view" - zapewniająca obraz dookoła przyczepy.

 ​Jako opcjonalne wyposażenie naszej przyczepy oferujemy profesjonalną wciągarkę Kangaroo o uciągu 9500 LBS (4309 kg) z liną syntetyczną oraz centralnym i zdalnym sterowaniem, umieszczoną w przedniej części pod pokładem. Dzięki umiejscowieniu wciągarki poniżej płyty podłogowej, nie ogranicza ona przestrzeni ładunkowej, zachowując pełną pojemność przyczepy. 


​W naszej przyczepie standardowo stosujemy akumulator AGM VRLA, który wykorzystuje separatory z włókna szklanego wypełnione elektrolitem. Akumulator ten cechuje się wysoką odpornością na głębokie rozładowania oraz efektywnym pochłanianiem gazów.


​​Alternatywnie, oferujemy baterię LiFePO4 o pojemności 125 Ah, która jest o około 20 kg lżejsza niż tradycyjny akumulator kwasowo-ołowiowy. Zapewnia 100% pojemności użytkowej i jest przeznaczona do pracy cyklicznej, oferując długą żywotność—ponad 5500 cykli przy zachowaniu 80% pojemności nominalnej, co przekłada się na ponad 10 lat użytkowania. Ponadto, dzięki niskiemu wskaźnikowi samorozładowania, bateria pozostaje w pełni gotowa do użycia nawet po roku bezczynności.


​Ten zestaw zawiera również dedykowaną ładowarkę do bateri LiFeP04.



Lighting

As standard, CERES is equipped with a full LED road lighting system, ensuring optimal visibility and safety during transport. For enhanced visibility, the rear lighting is duplicated on the upper beam of the rear door frame, providing clear signaling even when the rear ramp is in the open position.


CERES is equipped with a large skylight made from durable polyurethane panels, allowing natural light to illuminate the trailer’s interior. For enhanced visibility in low-light conditions—such as overcast days or nighttime operations—we offer the option to install 3-meter-long LED strips in the roof area. These can be fitted with either standard LED or RGB LED lighting, providing powerful and efficient illumination throughout the cargo space. An additional advantage of the interior lighting is its ability to highlight and showcase valuable cargo, enhancing presentation and visibility when required.


As standard equipment Ceres consists of full LED roads light, with lamps duplicated in the rear doorframe top beam. 



Painting

CERES can be finished in any color from the RAL palette to match your individual preferences or corporate branding. Upon special request, we also offer pearl finishes for a more exclusive appearance. Have a specific color scheme or design concept in mind? No problem—simply share your vision with us, and we will provide a visual render of your customized trailer.


In its standard configuration, CERES features a white exterior and interior finish, complemented by black side sills for a clean, timeless look.
